General Agency Services

KAYWAY provides a wide range of marketing and advertising services, detailed on our website. Each client receives a customized proposal tailored to their specific needs.

Fees are based on the scope of the project and may be calculated hourly or on a project basis.

Social Media Management

Depending on the package, this may include full social media content creation and account management, or content creation only.

KAYWAY safeguards login credentials but cannot be held liable for hacking or unauthorized access. Clients are required to update their passwords once the contract ends.

No. While we apply proven strategies, results such as follower growth, engagement, or sales cannot be guaranteed.

Photography & Videography Guidelines

Shoots must be booked at least 7 days in advance. Final details must be confirmed a minimum of 3 days before the shoot.

Final deliverables are usually delivered within 10–14 business days, depending on complexity.

Up to 2 revisions are included. Additional revisions will incur extra fees.
KAYWAY retains full copyright of all content. Clients are licensed to use and share the material but cannot edit or allow third-party modifications without prior approval.

KAYWAY Studio Guidelines

KW Studio is exclusively for KAYWAY clients. It is not available for rentals or third-party bookings.
The studio is equipped for photography, videography, and content creation as part of client projects. Standard backdrops, lighting, and setup are included, with extra equipment available at additional cost.

Only authorized KAYWAY team members and client representatives may access the studio. The space must remain clean and organized at all times.

KAYWAY Partner Studio Guidelines

KAYWAY coordinates bookings and manages all interactions. Clients may observe but cannot interfere. Extra fees apply for extended hours or specialized equipment.
Studios must remain clean and organized. Food and drinks are not permitted near equipment unless approved. All safety protocols must be followed.

Project Cancellations & Terminations

Yes. Either party may terminate with written notice.

  • If the client cancels before completion, the down payment is non-refundable.
  • If KAYWAY cancels, the client is billed only for completed work.
Late fees begin 7 days after project completion

The program is delivered directly by KAYWAY and, where applicable, in collaboration with authorized UAE training centers.

Participants may begin at the foundational level or join higher levels after meeting prerequisites.

Learning outcomes vary by program level. In general, you will gain:
