THE KAYWAY METHOD

Welcome to THE KAYWAY METHOD Program — a hands-on, practical learning experience designed to empower entrepreneurs, small business owners, students, and aspiring brand builders. 

Each program within THE KAYWAY METHOD (e.g., KW101, KW201, KW301) is designed to deliver practical knowledge and tools appropriate to its category and level. While specific learning outcomes may vary, all programs share the same purpose: to provide
clarity, structure, and professional guidance for building and growing impactful brands.

By joining, you are embarking on a transformative journey blending practical exercises, expert mentorship, and real-world exposure.

The program is created to share expertise, skills, and insights with individuals ready to create, refine, and grow their brand.

Our goals are to:

  • Equip participants with practical, actionable knowledge.
  • Provide a structured, step-by-step roadmap guided by KAYWAY experts.
  • Foster a collaborative learning environment for growth and networking.
  • Celebrate and showcase participant achievements through KAYWAY platforms and events.
  • Standard programs are open to participants 18 years or older at the time of registration.
  • For programs designed for students or participants under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.
  • Participants must have access to the tools/devices specified for their program (e.g., laptop, smartphone, creative apps).
  • Commitment to attend and actively participate in all sessions is required.
  • Full payment is required before the program start date to confirm participation.
  • Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Payments are non-refundable, unless the program is canceled by KAYWAY.
  • Registrations may be transferred to another eligible individual with written notice at least 7 days before the start date.
  • Attendance at all scheduled sessions is mandatory to successfully complete the program.
  • Absences must be communicated to KAYWAY at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Multiple unnotified absences may result in dismissal without refund.
  • Each program level is uniquely tailored to its participants’ backgrounds and goals.
  • Session activities, schedules, and showcase details may vary by group.
  • Participants will be informed of any updates specific to their group.
  • Certain programs may include a final showcase where participants present their projects.
  • Recognition or awards (if applicable) will be based on participation, quality of work, and growth.
  • KAYWAY’s decision regarding recognition and awards is final and cannot be appealed.
  • Certification will vary depending on the program:
    • Some programs provide a Certificate of Completion issued directly by KAYWAY.
    • Some programs include a KHDA-attested certificate through authorized training partners.
    • Some programs may include partner-issued certificates in collaboration with third-party institutions.
  • Certification is subject to full attendance and completion of program requirements.
  • KAYWAY is not responsible for delays caused by third-party certification authorities.
  • Participants retain ownership of their own brand assets and work created during the program.
  • KAYWAY may keep copies of participant work for documentation, showcases, and marketing.
  • Participants grant KAYWAY permission to:
  • Showcase their brand on social media, marketing materials, and presentations.
  • Record, photograph, and share program activities for internal and external use.
  • Training materials and frameworks provided by KAYWAY remain proprietary and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed.
  • Sessions may be recorded, photographed, or streamed for documentation, quality control, and marketing.
  • By enrolling, participants consent to the use of their image, voice, and work by KAYWAY.
  • All participants must:
    • Maintain professionalism and respect at all times.
    • Avoid disruptive behavior, harassment, or discrimination.
    • Dress appropriately for face-to-face sessions and showcases.
    • Engage positively in group activities.
  • Violation of the Code of Conduct may lead to dismissal without refund.
  • Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during sessions.
  • KAYWAY is not liable for illnesses, injuries, or property loss during the program.
  • Participants are encouraged to maintain personal insurance coverage.
  • KAYWAY provides expert guidance and tools, but success depends on individual effort.
  • KAYWAY is not liable for business outcomes, including financial gains or losses.
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring their brand complies with all legal and ethical standards.

KAYWAY reserves the right to:

  • Modify the schedule, format, or content as necessary.
  • Replace trainers or guest speakers if required.
  • Adjust showcases or recognition details to maintain fairness and quality.
  • Participants will be notified of significant changes in advance.

By registering for THE KAYWAY METHOD Program, I confirm that:

  • I have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
  • I meet the eligibility requirements (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18).
  • I understand and agree to KAYWAY’s policies on attendance, intellectual property, liability, and conduct.
  • I consent to the use of program recordings and media as outlined.
  • I confirm my agreement to the Terms & Conditions of THE KAYWAY METHOD Program.
